As part of the Buildings team for Garver, thisMechanicalEngineering Team
Leader will be responsible for building the practice in the greater Denver
market. Specifically, this responsibility will include:
Building and leading a multi-discipline engineering team that supports
architectural clients.
Developing outside architectural firms as Garver and Buildings Team clients.
Providing engineering support for architectural clients particularly
structural, mechanical, and electrical.
Managing projects and providing discipline specific design.
In addition, this role will include coordination with other internal teams
across Garver's regional footprint. Travel will be required depending on
client and project location.
Abilities and attributes needed for this position:
Experience working directly for architectural clients and managing the
engineering aspects of a building design project.
Experience in client relations and project pursuits.
Knowledge of building components and systems.
Knowledge of engineering and sustainability principles.
Utilizing CAD and BIM design software to produce construction drawings.
